Intense course with Phra Ofer, Thai monk of Israeli origin, who comes to Slovakia already for the second time. The course takes place in a secluded mountain village in central Slovakia, providing ideal conditions for getting to know yourself. We welcome both beginners and those with prior meditation experience, irrespective of religion, gender or age (16+).

Smaller-scale course in a picturesque course Surya in White Carpathians, meant mainly for 10-day retreats or shorter stays; it is however possible to come on 14. June and have time for the full basic course. Previous meditation experience not necessary.
