Prin\u00e1\u0161ame jeho \u00faplnu verziu s mal\u00fdmi faktick\u00fdmi opravami, v \u010deskom jazyku.<\/p>\n<p>\r\n                            <\/div>\r\n                        <\/div><\/p>\n<p>K rozhovoru o meditaci <i>vipassana<\/i> a nejen o n\u00ed jsme pozvali Katar\u00ednu B\u00edre\u0161ovou a V\u00e1clava \u0160milauera, u\u010ditele p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed na Slovensku pod hlavi\u010dkou <i>vipassana.sk<\/i>.<\/p>\n<h4>Zdrav\u00ed\u010dko, co byste n\u00e1m dnes \u0159ekli o vipassan\u011b, kter\u00e9 se v\u011bnujete?<\/h4>\n<p>Vipassan\u0101 je typ buddhistick\u00e9 meditace (cvi\u010den\u00ed mysli) vyu\u010dovan\u00fd u\u017e Buddhou; existuje mnoho styl\u016f (\u010di lini\u00ed) vipassany, stejn\u011b jako je mnoho styl\u016f tance. Na\u0161e linie vipassany poch\u00e1z\u00ed od Ajahna Tonga (95 let), jednoho z nejrespektovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edch u\u010ditel\u016f vipassany v Thajsku a cel\u00e9 jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asii; ten navazuje na figury jako Mahasi Sayadaw z Barmy, co\u017e by bylo na del\u0161\u00ed pov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed (snad p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b). V therav\u00e1dov\u00e9m buddhismu, kam pat\u0159\u00ed vipassana, jsou z\u00e1kladn\u00edm rozvrhem 3 typy cvi\u010den\u00ed mysli (<i>sikkh\u0101<\/i>): osobnostn\u00ed integrita (<i>s\u012bla<\/i>), koncentrace (<i>samadhi<\/i>) a moudrost (<i>pa\u00f1\u00f1a<\/i>). <i>Vipassan\u0101<\/i> je n\u00e1stroj z posledn\u00ed \u0161katulky, jde o rozv\u00edjen\u00ed vhledu\/moudrosti\/porozum\u011bn\u00ed. <i>Vipassan\u0101<\/i>, v p\u0159ekladu, znamen\u00e1 vid\u011bt rozli\u0161n\u011b (<i>vi-<\/i> je p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9 s indoevropsk\u00fdm <i>dv-, tw-<\/i>, kter\u00e9 je z\u0159eteln\u00e9 v evropsk\u00fdch jazyc\u00edch: due, dva, two, &#8230;), vid\u011bt v\u011bci \u201ejak jsou\u201c, ale ne ledajak\u00e9 v\u011bci, t\u0159eba jak\u00e9 je po\u010das\u00ed v Austr\u00e1lii, n\u00fdbr\u017e&#8230;<\/p>\n<h4>Pardon, ale ne\u0161lo by to n\u011bjak jednodu\u0161eji?<\/h4>\n<p>Abych v\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee sed\u00edm, kdy\u017e sed\u00edm; \u017ee mysl\u00edm, kdy\u017e mysl\u00edm; \u017ee jsem smutn\u00fd, kdy\u017e jsem smutn\u00fd; \u017ee jsem klidn\u00fd, kdy\u017e jsem klidn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<h4>A co kdy\u017e klidn\u00fd nejsem?<\/h4>\n<p>V\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee jsem neklidn\u00fd. V therav\u00e1d\u011b se rozli\u0161uj\u00ed dv\u011b skupiny meditac\u00ed: <i>samatha<\/i>, r\u016fzn\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed koncentrace, kde se mysl sna\u017e\u00edme dostat do n\u011bjak\u00e9ho stavu: klidu, soucitu, vd\u011bku, v\u011bdom\u00ed nekone\u010dn\u00e9ho prostoru atd., podle druhu cvi\u010den\u00ed. A pak pr\u00e1v\u011b <i>vipassan\u0101<\/i>, kde \u201cjen\u201c mysl pozorujeme a nemanipulujeme; rozv\u00edj\u00edme v\u0161\u00edmavost (<i>sati<\/i>, <i>mindfulness<\/i>), uv\u011bdomov\u00e1n\u00ed si toho, co se d\u011bje, ani\u017e bychom v tom z\u016fst\u00e1vali. V\u017edy se vrac\u00edme pozornost\u00ed k uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed toho, co se d\u011bje.<\/p>\n<h4>Jak souvis\u00ed vipassana s Buddhou a buddhismem?<\/h4>\n<p>Vipassana je podle tradice cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 objevil, cvi\u010dil a u\u010dil Buddha; v zaznamenan\u00e9 promluv\u011b <i>Satipat\u1e6dh\u0101na sutta<\/i> se p\u00ed\u0161e: \u201etoto je p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 stezka k o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bytost\u00ed, k p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed tr\u00e1pen\u00ed a na\u0159\u00edk\u00e1n\u00ed, k ukon\u010den\u00ed strasti a \u017ealu, k nastoupen\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 metody, k uskute\u010dn\u011bn\u00ed odpout\u00e1n\u00ed, toti\u017e tyto \u010dty\u0159i ustaven\u00ed uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed.\u201c<span id='easy-footnote-2-618' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/vipassana.sk\/sk\/media\/2018-zenshin\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-618' title='Majjhima Nik\u0101ya 10, p\u0159ekl. \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1n Chromovsk\u00fd, bhikkhu Gavesako, bhikkhu Vin\u012bta.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span> Rozum\u00ed se v\u0161\u00edmavost (uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed) zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na 4 oblasti p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti: t\u011blo, pocity, aktivity mysli, p\u0159edm\u011bty mysli. Nakolik jsou dne\u0161n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 styly vipassany shodn\u00e9 s cvi\u010den\u00edmi, kter\u00e9 prov\u00e1d\u011bl Buddha a jeho mni\u0161i, je v\u0161ak ot\u00e1zka sp\u00ed\u0161e pro buddhology.<\/p>\n<h4>V listopadu povedete 2.5-t\u00fddenn\u00ed \u00fastran\u00ed na Slovensku. Budete si celou dobu pov\u00eddat u k\u00e1vy a uv\u011bdomovat si p\u0159itom, \u017ee sed\u00edte, mluv\u00edte a pijete? Nen\u00ed to trochu nudn\u00e9?<\/h4>\n<p>\u00dastran\u00ed je tr\u00e9nink, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 svoje pravidla; tradi\u010dn\u011b se jim \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u201e8 pravidel\u201c. K\u00e1vu sice p\u00edt m\u016f\u017eeme, ale nemluv\u00edme, sp\u00edme m\u00e9n\u011b (6 hodin), j\u00edme jen sn\u00eddani a ob\u011bd, neodd\u00e1v\u00e1me se b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 z\u00e1bav\u011b (jako je telefon, internet, \u010dten\u00ed, psan\u00ed, kreslen\u00ed, poslouch\u00e1n\u00ed hudby, \u2026), jsme bez fyzick\u00e9ho kontaktu. V\u0161echen \u010das v\u011bnujeme cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 ve st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed meditace v ch\u016fzi a meditace v sed\u011b, s p\u0159est\u00e1vkami mezi nimi. Nesta\u010dilo by n\u011bco krat\u0161\u00edho? V dne\u0161n\u00ed usp\u011bchan\u00e9 dob\u011b je to hodn\u011b \u010dasu, kter\u00fd si m\u00e1lokdo m\u016f\u017ee dovolit.<\/h4>\n<p>Mysl p\u0159i intenzivn\u00ed meditaci p\u0159irozen\u011b proch\u00e1z\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00fdmi charakteristick\u00fdmi f\u00e1zemi (popsan\u00fdmi u\u017e p\u0159ed tis\u00edcilet\u00edmi v medita\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edru\u010dk\u00e1ch, nap\u0159. ve slavn\u00e9m d\u00edle <i>Visuddhimagga<\/i>) a ten proces n\u011bjakou dobu trv\u00e1. Je mo\u017en\u00e9, a velmi u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9, p\u0159ijet i na krat\u0161\u00ed dobu. Ale kdo chce cel\u00fd \u201ebal\u00ed\u010dek\u201c vipassany, dort se \u0161leha\u010dkou i t\u0159e\u0161ni\u010dkou navrch, b\u00fdvaj\u00ed na to t\u0159eba asi tak 2 t\u00fddny.<\/p>\n<h4>P\u00ed\u0161ete, \u017ee \u00fastran\u00ed je vhodn\u00e9 pro za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edky. I cel\u00e9 dva t\u00fddny? Opravdu to zvl\u00e1dne i \u010dlov\u011bk meditac\u00ed nepol\u00edben\u00fd?<\/h4>\n<p>Oba jsme za\u010dali p\u0159esn\u011b tak: sko\u010dili do toho rovn\u00fdma nohama. Jako u\u010ditel\u00e9 se b\u011bhem retreatu s ka\u017ed\u00fdm individu\u00e1ln\u011b aspo\u0148 jednou denn\u011b potk\u00e1me, na 20 minut i v\u00edce, jak je t\u0159eba. Cvi\u010den\u00ed podle pot\u0159eby uzp\u016fsobujeme, na\u0161e role je podp\u016frn\u00e1. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me zlehka, prvn\u00ed den se obvykle cvi\u010d\u00ed 10 minut ch\u016fze, 10 minut sezen\u00ed, p\u0159est\u00e1vka asi 20 minut. \u010cas cvi\u010den\u00ed se zvy\u0161uje (\u010di nezvy\u0161uje) postupn\u011b a individu\u00e1ln\u011b, nejde o tr\u00e9nink v\u00fddr\u017ee ani sout\u011b\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h4>Jak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je pro v\u00e1s udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159esn\u00e9 medita\u010dn\u00ed pozice? I \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fd lotosov\u00fd sed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro netr\u00e9novan\u00e9ho nebo star\u0161\u00edho \u010dlov\u011bka po chv\u00edli bolestiv\u00fd. Je mo\u017en\u00e9 t\u0159eba sed\u011bt i na \u017eidli, kle\u010det na pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159i nebo si p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b b\u011bhem meditace na chv\u00edli odpo\u010dinout?<\/h4>\n<p>Pozice je pro n\u00e1s vedlej\u0161\u00ed, chceme jen, aby se neop\u00edrala z\u00e1da. Doporu\u010dujeme \u201ebarmsk\u00fd sed\u201c, kdy jsou nohy slo\u017een\u00e9 p\u0159ed t\u011blem, nezk\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00e9; chce-li n\u011bkdo kle\u010det na pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159i, sed\u011bt v lotosu nebo na \u017eidli \u010di si posez por\u016fznu vypodlo\u017eit pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159ky, je to mo\u017en\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>Je opravdu nutn\u00e9 b\u00fdt s\u00e1m na pokoji? Co kdybych cht\u011bl t\u0159eba p\u0159ijet s partnerkou?<\/h4>\n<p>Pro n\u00e1s je retreat tr\u00e9nink, n\u011bkdy n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd tr\u00e9nink, ne dovolen\u00e1. Pro partnery plat\u00ed stejn\u00e1 pravidla jako pro v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed, mj. nem\u00edt verb\u00e1ln\u00ed ani fyzick\u00fd kontakt. \u010cas meditace si hl\u00edd\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd s\u00e1m, p\u0159es den se medituje s ostatn\u00edmi v hale nebo o samot\u011b na pokoji, jak kdo chce; r\u00e1no a ve\u010der s\u00e1m. M\u00edt sv\u00e9 soukrom\u00ed nen\u00ed pro cvi\u010den\u00ed nutn\u00e9, ale podp\u016frn\u00e9 ano. M\u00e9n\u011b mluven\u00ed a rozptylov\u00e1n\u00ed ostatn\u00edmi, v\u00edce pozornosti k sob\u011b.<\/p>\n<h4>M\u016f\u017eu si vz\u00edt sv\u016fj obl\u00edben\u00fd \u010daj, pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159ek nebo ply\u0161\u00e1ka?<\/h4>\n<p>Ano.<!-- Na odleh\u010den\u00ed, nepovinn\u00e9. --><\/p>\n<h4>Nebyly by p\u0159i hromadn\u00e9m ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed retreaty i finan\u010dn\u011b dostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed?<\/h4>\n<p>Sna\u017e\u00edme se nab\u00edzet co nejlep\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro kontakt se sebou. Od ur\u010dit\u00e9 meze sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f by utrp\u011bla kvalita. Therav\u00e1dov\u00e1 tradice striktn\u011b trv\u00e1 na tom, \u017ee u\u010den\u00ed meditace je za <i>d\u0101nu<\/i> (dar od srdce, \u010dili: dobrovoln\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek), to pochopiteln\u011b dodr\u017eujeme. Na\u0161e kurzy v\u0161ak prob\u00edhaj\u00ed v objektech, kde za ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed a stravu mus\u00edme platit. Sna\u017e\u00edme se tedy aspo\u0148 vypomoci lidem ve finan\u010dn\u00ed t\u00edsni, nab\u00eddkou \u201esponzorovan\u00e9 ceny\u201c, kdy \u010d\u00e1st uhrad\u00edme sami z dar\u016f ostatn\u00edch. Centra, kter\u00e1 jsou ve vlastn\u00edm, mohou za <i>d\u0101nu <\/i>nab\u00edzet i ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed a stravu \u2212 nap\u0159. centrum v Chom Tong, <a href=\"http:\/\/vipassana-dhammacari.com\">Dhammacari<\/a> u Mnichova, <a href=\"http:\/\/vipassana-dhammanikhom.de\">Dhammanikhom<\/a> u Berl\u00edna.<\/p>\n<h4>Jak vypad\u00e1 \u00fastran\u00ed ze subjektivn\u00edho pohledu?<\/h4>\n<p>Soustavn\u00e1 pozornost k p\u0159\u00edtomnosti odemyk\u00e1 vhled &#8211; zji\u0161\u0165uji, co ve mn\u011b je, co se v mysli vlastn\u011b d\u011bje. Objevuj\u00ed se stejn\u00e9 v\u011bci jako v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b, ale to jim \u010dasto nem\u016f\u017eeme v\u011bnovat tolik pozornosti \u2212 n\u011bco \u0159e\u0161\u00edme, pot\u0159ebujeme ud\u011blat to \u010di ono. Na \u00fastran\u00ed jinam naopak pozornost v\u011bnovat m\u016f\u017eeme, dokonce nic jin\u00e9ho moc nezb\u00fdv\u00e1 \u2212 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 internety, kamar\u00e1di, knihy, \u0161lof\u00edky, prost\u011b jen j\u00e1 se sebou. V\u011bt\u0161inou nejde o p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 v\u011bci; u\u017e Buddha \u0159\u00edkal, \u017ee kdokoliv bude d\u011blat vipassanu, bude potk\u00e1vat 5 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek: chtivost (sp\u00e1nku, klidu, j\u00eddla, \u2026), odpor (vztek, iritace, hn\u011bv), lenost\/\u00fanavu (pocit nedostatku energie), neklid (\u00fazkost, strach, obavy, starosti) a pochyby (o sob\u011b, o smyslu meditace, o \u017eivot\u011b, \u010demkoliv).<\/p>\n<h4>To nezn\u00ed moc v\u00e1bn\u011b. Nejde o \u010dir\u00fd masochismus v duchovn\u00edm pl\u00e1\u0161t\u00edku? Pro\u010d to v\u0161echno?<\/h4>\n<p>U\u010d\u00edme se s t\u011bmi stavy zach\u00e1zet \u2212 uv\u011bdomovat si je, \u017ee jsou, ale nen\u00e1sledovat je. To je velmi u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pro \u017eivot. Nap\u0159\u00edklad m\u011b p\u0159i sezen\u00ed napadne, jak to asi bude vypadat v pr\u00e1ci, a\u017e se vr\u00e1t\u00edm; za\u010dnu m\u00edt starosti, vym\u00fd\u0161l\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e, od p\u011bkn\u00fdch a\u017e po katastrofick\u00e9. V ur\u010ditou chv\u00edli si uv\u011bdom\u00edm, \u017ee jsem \u201emimo\u201c, a \u0159eknu si, kde \u017ee to jsem: \u201estarosti, starosti, starosti\u201c. A pak se vr\u00e1t\u00edm pozornost\u00ed ke \u201ekotv\u011b\u201c \u2212 k ch\u016fzi nebo, v sed\u011b, k d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed. T\u00edm se u\u010d\u00edm cokoliv p\u0159ijde (pocity, my\u0161lenky, fyzick\u00e9 po\u010ditky) vid\u011bt, ale nen\u00e1sledovat.<\/p>\n<h4>Za\u010dali jsme moudrost\u00ed. Jak to s n\u00ed tedy souvis\u00ed?<\/h4>\n<p>P\u0159i n\u00e1vratech ze zatoul\u00e1n\u00ed mysli, kter\u00e9 si uv\u011bdom\u00edm, se u\u010d\u00edm n\u011bco velmi cenn\u00e9ho: vracet se do p\u0159\u00edtomnosti. V\u011bt\u0161inu \u017eivota \u017eijeme \u201emimo\u201c \u2212 v pl\u00e1nech, p\u0159edstav\u00e1ch, obav\u00e1ch, vzteku, smutku, vzpom\u00ednk\u00e1ch, prost\u011b nekon\u010d\u00edc\u00edch vnit\u0159n\u00edch telenovel\u00e1ch: nep\u0159\u00edtomn\u011b konzumujeme to, co n\u00e1m mysl serv\u00edruje, n\u00e1sledujeme vnit\u0159n\u00ed impulsy; a taky pak po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b kyneme a \u017eivot t\u011b\u017ekne: mysl si v\u00edc a v\u00edc zvyk\u00e1 b\u00fdt \u201emimo\u201c. Podle psychologa Marshalla Rosenberga je deprese ztr\u00e1tou kontaktu s vlastn\u00edm pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm; v tom smyslu je t\u0159eba ch\u00e1pat epidemii deprese, o kter\u00e9 se n\u011bkdy v na\u0161em z\u00e1padn\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b hovo\u0159\u00ed. Na prvn\u00ed 2-t\u00fddenn\u00ed kurz jsem se dostal v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1hodou, na doporu\u010den\u00ed kamar\u00e1dky: po\u0159\u00e1dalo ho medita\u010dn\u00ed centrum Dhammacari u Mnichova. Kurz byl n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd, ale po n\u011bm jsem nemohl uv\u011b\u0159it obrovsk\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b v pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed \u2212 a je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b moje terapeutka, ke kter\u00e9 jsem doch\u00e1zel. Mo\u017en\u00e1 to zn\u00ed dramaticky, ale vipassana mi doslova zachr\u00e1nila \u017eivot.<\/p>\n<p>Za rok jsem se vr\u00e1til na retreat tamt\u00e9\u017e, proto\u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee se \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b vr\u00e1tily. Celkov\u011b jsem nebyl velmi ch\u00e1pav\u00fd student, a\u017e skoro po dvou letech mi trochu \u201edocvaklo\u201c, o \u010dem je vipassana, kdy\u017e jsem byl na retreatu s Jonathanem, u\u010ditelem takt\u00e9\u017e p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00edm v Chom Tong. Jonathana jsem pak pozval do Prahy a spole\u010dn\u011b s Liborem Votrubou jsme zalo\u017eili dodnes funguj\u00edc\u00ed centrum <a href=\"http:\/\/tisarana.cz\">Tisarana<\/a> v Praze. Pak jsem por\u016fznu tr\u00e1vil voln\u00fd \u010das retreaty v Evrop\u011b \u010di v Barm\u011b a Thajsku; v Chom Tong jsem byl n\u011bjakou dobu jako asistent a pomocn\u00fd u\u010ditel. Loni jsme s Katar\u00ednou zalo\u017eili dom\u00e9nu vipassana.sk a za\u010dali po\u0159\u00e1dat retreaty na Slovensku: v l\u00e9t\u011b jsme <a href=\"https:\/\/vipassana.sk\/sk\/2017-javorie\/\">na prvn\u00ed kurz<\/a> pozvali Thanata, od t\u00e9 doby u\u017e prob\u011bhly celkem \u010dty\u0159i, s pozvan\u00fdmi u\u010diteli nebo \u010dist\u011b na\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1vat ostatn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost si vipassanou pomoci je p\u0159irozen\u00e9 dopln\u011bn\u00ed vlastn\u00edho ozdravn\u00e9ho procesu. A tak\u00e9 vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed vd\u011b\u010dnosti k t\u011bm, kdo pomohli mn\u011b.<\/p>\n<h4>Je pro v\u00e1s meditace po letech jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed?<\/h4>\n<p>Vipassana je z definice vid\u011bn\u00ed nest\u00e1losti, neovladatelnosti a tr\u00e1pen\u00ed, to p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1d. To plat\u00ed pro meditaci i \u201eb\u011b\u017en\u00fd\u201c \u017eivot. Porozum\u011bn\u00ed nest\u00e1losti a tr\u00e1pen\u00ed usnad\u0148uje t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 chv\u00edle.
